What is Intelligent synchronous lifting system?
DescriptionThe hydraulic synchronous lifting system mainly comprises the hydraulic pump station, lifting jack, and control system. It is a high-tech product integrating the principles of machinery, electricity, hydraulic pressure, and computer—equipment for the overall hoisting or lowering of high-altitude construction structural parts and overweight structural components.
According to the difference in the installation position of the hydraulic jack relative to the structure during use, the construction process can be divided into three methods: lifting, jacking, and climbing. The hydraulic synchronous lifting system is widely used in the vertical hoisting or lowering of large structural parts, such as the hoisting of steel box girders of bridges, the lowering of bridge piers and weirs, the hoisting or lowering of hanging baskets, the hoisting of chimney steel inner tubes in power plants or chemical plants, the steam drums of power plants and Stator hoisting, gantry crane installation, aircraft maintenance garage, gymnasium and other steel structures and other super high and super heavy large structures, etc.
According to the actual needs of the project, each set of hydraulic synchronous lifting systems can be designed as a variety of configurations such as one pump with two lifts, one pump with four lifts, two pumps with four charges, three pumps with six lifts or two pumps with eight lifts, etc., with different hydraulic pump stations, it can meet the speed requirement of 2~30 m/h.

1. It adopts a high-sensitivity touch screen, intelligent synchronization, fool-like operation, multiple protection functions, fault alarm protection, error solution, and reset, and realizes the functions of high-speed zero setting and stable lifting;
2. Complete computer control, no manual intervention is required during the jacking process, the system automatically detects the jacking status and can give according to the jacking situation;
3. Synchronous control accuracy can reach 0.05mm, synchronous jacking, and synchronous lowering are entirely controllable;
4. The oil circuit of each control point is relatively independent, and the system pressure can be adjusted independently without interfering with each other;
5. The system is easy to use, and all the connections between hydraulic pipelines, hydraulic jacks, and hydraulic pumps are quick-plug connectors;
6. It is equipped with high-precision displacement and pressure sensors for real-time monitoring and feedback of system working conditions.
