Control valveThe control valve is composed of two valve bodies with the same structure on the left and the right. The throttle valve is an adjustable cone valve, which can adjust the flow into the working cylinder by changing the size of the flow section of the valve gap. The unloading valve is a manual shut-off valve. Open the unloading valve, and the oil in the working cylinder can flow back to the oil tank.
The pressure sustaining valve is a one-way valve, which is used to cut off the refueling path of the high-pressure oil in the working cylinder of the jack, so as to ensure that the jack can hold the load without returning oil when it is parked or running dry.
The safety valve relies on the spring pressure to limit the higher pressure of the system, and the higher pressure of the system can be changed by adjusting the spring pressure, thus playing the role of safety protection.
Safety Precautions for Tension Oil Pump1. The power supply wiring should be connected to the neutral line, and the insulation of each place should be checked at any time to avoid electric shock. When using it, the connection of the power line or the contact at the beginning should be checked frequently to prevent the motor from being burned due to lack of phase operation.
2. The oil pipes and joints should be manufactured according to the specifications and checked at any time to avoid bursting accidents. When the oil pump is under pressure, the joints, pipes, and oil gauges must not be disassembled.
3. The pressure gauge should be checked at any time to prevent accidents caused by failure.
4. The control valve should be opened before driving (no-load start). When using, check whether the pressure of the safety valve is adjusted properly, and always ensure that it is sensitive and reliable.
5. The bearings installed on the upper body should be replaced with lubricating oil in time according to the situation.
6. When the oil level is too low, do not work under pressure for a long time when the plane bearing in the pump body is exposed to the oil level.
