The YB series hydraulic ceramic plunger pump is a hydraulic driven dual cylinder (single bar) double acting ceramic plunger pump. It should have the characteristics of stable and reliable operation, low noise, high pressure, small pressure fluctuations, easy safe operation and maintenance, and long service life. It is mainly used in ceramics, activated clay, aged clay, electric porcelain, chemical industry, petroleum, light industry and other industries to supply slurry for various types of spray drying towers, and can also be used for long-distance transportation of slurry, cleaning, slurry coal slurry (or other suspensions), and filter press feeding, with large flow, stable pressure, and effective reduction of mud cake moisture content.

The Yb series hydraulic ceramic column pump currently has more than 20 specifications in eight series including YB85, YB140, YB200, YB250, YB300, YB300D-70, YB350-100, and YB400-120, with flow rates ranging from 0.1m3/h to 120m3/h. The maximum pressure of the atmospheric pump can reach 2.5Mpa, and the maximum pressure of the high-pressure pump is 8.0Mpa. The pump material can be divided into cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, titanium and other materials to meet the sewage treatment needs of various industries.
In order to meet the different needs of industries with severe pollution such as activated clay, kaolin, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, and papermaking, our company has developed a new generation of internationally leading YB-THJ (titanium alloy) anti-corrosion plunger pump based on the original stainless steel anti-corrosion pump. The material is pure titanium and titanium alloy, which has good corrosion and wear resistance. This material is capable of withstanding full concentration hydrochloric acid, full concentration liquid alkali, sulfuric acid up to 80%, and nitric acid up to 50%. Made by compression and processing, it has the advantages of high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxin decomposition. Its corrosion resistance parameters exceed those of stainless steel anti-corrosion plunger pumps, and its service life is extended by 5-6 years compared to stainless steel pumps. It is a substitute product for stainless steel pumps and is highly welcomed by customers
