Working Principle

1. When adjusting the forming and rolling spokes, please do not press the spring ejector too tightly, which will cause the pitch to be too small, and the pressure will be too large, which will cause the motor to be overloaded and affect the efficiency, and it is easy to burn the motor after long-term operation.
2. The left side of the steel strip is folded upward and cut into the root of the tongue of the spiral sleeve straightly, forming the same angle as the spiral.
3. The position of the spiral sleeve, and the tongue should be at the high point of the die head arc, and there is no serious friction between the die head and the die head when it rotates.
4. When winding the steel belt, use the hand pulley to buckle the steel belt.
5. Place the flanging wheel. The position where the wheel tip touches the die head should be 2mm away from the tip of the tongue of the spiral sleeve. Do not use too much force when adjusting, so as to prevent the wheel tip from squeezing the steel belt and fracturing.
