Working Principle
When the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is stretched out, the oil pressure force is transmitted from the oil to the plunger through the oil pipe. When the plunger moves down, it generates a driving force to move the piston rod forward. Since the gap between the plunger and the cylinder is small, the thrust generated is large and stable.
Working Process
When the jack is installed in place, screw the tool anchor into the internal thread of the through-hole sleeve and ensure that all the threads of the tool anchor are evenly stressed. By rotating the tool anchor to make the hole position correspond to the hole position of the limit plate, the jack can be used. The steel strand passes through smoothly to realize the simultaneous installation of the jack and the tool anchor and fast positioning.
Warning
1. Before connecting the oil pipe, the oil pipe must be cleaned, especially the nozzle part.
2. Before using the jack, it should be run 3-5 times without load to remove the air in the inner cavity.
3. During the working process of the jack, the loading should be stable and the unloading should be slow to avoid wire slipping.
4. After the work is finished, the piston returns to its place. Wipe it frequently and keep it clean.
5. If the jack fails, it should be repaired by a person with certain professional knowledge, or returned to the factory for repair.
