Operation of Tensile Control Screen
(1) Select the beam type and type to be tensioned.
(2) Enter the tensioning task table, determine whether the beam number, beam type, and pedestal number are consistent with the issued ones, and then check the steel beams that need to be stretched, and click OK to enter the tensioning control interface.
(3) After entering, if the tensioning data is correct after the jack is installed, the main control cabinet first presses the [Oil Pump] button to turn on the motor of the pump station and starts to rotate, then clicks the tensioning operation button on the main screen and presses the button in the newly opened interface [Start] button waits for the auxiliary machine to start, the main machine clicks the [Start] button to become unavailable, then press the auxiliary control cabinet [oil pump] button to start the auxiliary machine pump station, press the green [Start] button to start tensioning up.

Selection and requirements of intelligent tensioning equipment
1. The rated tonnage of the tensioning jack should be 1.5 times the tension force, and not less than 1.2 times. It must be calibrated before use, and the correction coefficient must not be greater than 1.05. The validity period of the calibration is one month and no more than 200 tensioning operations. The stroke of the tensioning jack should meet the requirements of the tensioning process;
2. The pressure gauge should be of the anti-vibration type, and the maximum reading should be 1.5 to 2.0 times the pressure value corresponding to the tensile force. Accuracy should not be lower than class 1.0. Before the first use, it must be verified by the metrology department. It must be checked regularly when using it. The test is valid for one week. When using level 0.4, the verification period can be valid for one month;
3. The rated pressure of the oil pump should be 1.4 times the corresponding pressure value of the tension force. The capacity of the fuel tank should be 1.5 times the total oil delivery volume of the tension jack;
4. Tension jacks, pressure gauges, and oil pumps should be calibrated and used together. When any abnormal phenomenon occurs during use, it should be re-calibrated.
