Commonly used anchors for post-tensioned tendons
1. The heading anchor system is to first pass the steel wire through the round hole in the anchor plate at the fixed end and the tension anchor cup, and then use the header to upset the two ends of the steel wire, and achieve the purpose of applying to prestress by tensioning the anchor ;
2. The gang bar anchor comprises a gang bar and a liner. The sidebars are made of steel bars of the same level as the prestressed tendons, and the lining boards are made of ordinary low-carbon steel plates. The three sidebars of the sidebar anchorage should be evenly arranged in 120º, and welded firmly to the prestressed tendons perpendicular to the liner. The welding of the sidebars should also be carried out before the steel bars are cold-drawn, and the prestressed tendons must be prevented from being burned during welding.

Simple Installation Method
The simple construction method, also known as the prestressed anchor construction and installation method, belongs to the building and installation of small anchors. It can be drilled or manually drilled, and then explosives are charged in the simple construction for the explosion. The simple construction method can be used for excavating foundation pits, mining stones, loosening Frozen soil, etc. Still, the amount of anchorage construction and installation is small, the efficiency is low, and the drilling workload is enormous.

1. When the anchor is installed, the anchor plate should be straight, the clip should be tightened, and the position of the clip should be even: but when tightening the clip, do not knock it too hard, so as not to damage the clip;
2. Before the formal stretching of large-tonnage prestressed tendons, a trial stretching should be carried out with professionals. After confirming that the stretching process is reasonable, the stretching elongation value is normal, and no harmful cracks appear, stretching can be done in batches. Measure the actual channel friction loss if necessary. For curved prestressed beams, small jacks shall not be used for single tension; so as not to cause unnecessary prestressed loss. When stretching, the operator must stand in a safe zone and take protective measures. Note that the operator is strictly prohibited from standing at the front end of the stretched prestressed tendons during stretching.
