Working Priciple
The reducer drives the double-driving wheels to rotate, and the steel hinge wire is inserted from the wire inlet at one end. The driving wheel and the double-cluster driving wheels press the steel hinge wire and move forward along the conduit to penetrate the reserved hole until it passes through the other end of the hole to achieve tension.

Operation process of steel strand threading machine
Now use the cable threading machine to cut the material and thread the cable, generally, only 2~3 people are needed. Under normal circumstances, a shift can wear at least 2 pieces of 32m prefabricated box girder cable threading machine. The cutting and threading operation process is as follows:
1. Hang the steel strand bundle to the end of the prefabricated beam, about 10 meters away from the prefabricated beam, fix it with a steel strand cage, and unbundling.
2. Install the threading machine in place.
3. Pass one end of the steel strand end through the cable threading machine.
4. Turn on the power supply of the cable threading machine at the other end of the beam, and the cable threading machine starts to work.
5. When the steel strand reaches the other end of the beam and reaches the required exposed length of the steel strand, the power controller turns off the power supply of the cable threading machine, and at the same time enters the operation of one end of the steel strand.
6. Thread the next steel strand.
maintenance
1. Regularly check the wear degree of the lubricating oil and the pressure wheel in the steel strand threading machine. When the pressure wheel cannot be adjusted to the level of use, it should be replaced in time.
2. After each use, the steel strand threading machine should be placed in a dry and rain-free environment.
