High Hydraulic Jack Oil Pump

Instructions for use of prestressed tensioning oil pump tensioning jack:
1. The tension jack is connected to the oil pump through the high-pressure oil pipe, and the professional electrician connects the oil pump to the power supply through the power line
2. The jack runs dry
2-1 Turn on the oil pump and run it for no less than 3 minutes (see the oil pump instruction manual for the operation of the oil pump).
The 2-2 jack piston reciprocates no less than 3 times. If there is crawling, it can be increased to 6 times. If there is still crawling, the pump should be stopped for inspection and the reason is analyzed. 2-3 Jack and the oil pump system are calibrated and tensioned Jack must be run dry before. Calibration and tension work can only be started after everything is normal.
