YB300 Series High Quality Hydraulic Ceramic Mud Pump

Features:
1. The plunger is fired from alumina ceramics and finely ground, with a hardness above HLC8.5 and a surface roughness of 0.4um. There is no shearing movement between the plunger and the conveyed material. It is suitable for conveying materials containing sand and solid particles.
2. High pressure: The common model has a pressure of 20 kg. When the pressure is ≥ 5 kg and the flow rate is the same, the motor power of the plunger mud pump is 1 to 2 models smaller than other types of pumps.
3. Simple operation: tighten or loosen the pressure regulating valve to adjust the pressure, and lock it after adjusting the pressure, no need to adjust it later.
4. Low cost of use: The wearing parts of the pump are the valve plate and the plunger seal. The replacement cycle is once every 3-6 months for ceramic mud and 6-12 months for municipal sludge.
