Description of Piston Mud Pump
The ceramic plunger mud pump plunger is made of alumina ceramics fired and finely ground, with a hardness above HLC8.5 and a surface roughness of 0.4um. There is no shearing movement between the plunger and the conveyed material. It is suitable for conveying materials containing a sand and solid particles. It has the advantages of stable operation, reliable operation, low noise, high pressure (can be adjusted to any value within the range of 0-25kgf/cm2), slight pressure fluctuation, small size, lightweight, and convenient installation, maintenance, and operation.
