1. Fully automatic operation
When using, you only need to set the weight (kg) of powder and water, and the trolley can automatically weigh and control the weight and mixing time of water and water. After the high-speed mixing is completed, open the slurry valve and put the cement slurry into the low-speed mixing tank for standby, then close the slurry valve of the high-speed mixing tank, and carry out the next feeding of the high-speed mixing tank.
2. High speed stirring
The rated speed of the high-speed mixing barrel of this trolley can reach 1000 rpm, and the high-speed stirring can fully mix the powder and water.
3. Settling in the low-speed mixing tank
This trolley is equipped with a large-capacity low-speed mixing tank, which can hold the cement slurry after being stirred by the high-speed mixing tank several times. The continuous stirring prevents the slurry flow from settling, so as to meet the uninterrupted work of the grouting equipment.
4. Equipped with drag frame system

The use process of intelligent grouting trolley
1. Preparation before grouting: Check the power wiring of the trolley feeding motor and grouting motor and the forward and reverse of the motor. Positive to normal. The water source of the water tank should be fully filled, and the hopper mortar should be prepared adequately.
2. Check whether the oil in the oil pool of the trolley is fully filled, and if it is insufficient, add hydraulic oil in time.
3. Before the screw pump is started, the motor bearing must be removed with a pipe wrench. In order to better reduce the friction resistance of the motor starting time, so as to start smoothly.
4. Open the electrical box, and correctly input the relevant parameters required for grouting in the parameter setting column of the screen as required to ensure that the parameters are correct.
5. The trolley must click the "Reset" button on the main page before each use of "Material Loading" to clear the current weight data to ensure that the equipment data is updated accurately.
6. At this point, you can start the trolley system, click the "Start" button on the main screen to perform a series of tasks such as automatic feeding, automatic water supply, and automatic mixing.
7. After the high-speed mixing system reaches the set weight, the equipment will complete the stirring according to the set stirring time. After the work reaches the stirring time, the equipment will automatically stop stirring.
