Structure introduction：
1. High-speed mixing mechanism
The mechanism consists of a mixing bucket, blades, a transmission part and a drag motor. The stirring blade is installed on the main shaft in the bucket body, and is connected with the motor through a speed change mechanism. When working, the blades rotate at a high speed in the mixing barrel to fully stir the slurry in the barrel.
The high-speed mixing mechanism is fixed on the tripod through three weighing sensors, and the accurate input of each ingredient is realized through the measurement and control of the microcomputer.
2. Automatic feeding mechanism
The mechanism consists of two screw conveyors and two hoppers.
The two powders are put into two hoppers respectively, and are accurately input into the high-speed mixing barrel through the screw conveyor under the automatic control of the microcomputer.
3. Low speed stirring mechanism
The low-speed mixing mechanism is composed of a low-speed mixing barrel, blades, reducer and motor. Its function is to store the slurry stirred by the high-speed mixing system under the condition of ensuring that the slurry does not settle, so as to meet the slurry demand during grouting.
4. Water supply organization
The water supply mechanism consists of a motor, a water pump and related pipelines.
Under the automatic control of the microcomputer, the system can automatically and accurately inject water directly into the high-speed mixing tank.
5. Grouting system (optional, recommended to be listed separately)
The grouting system consists of a screw grouting machine and related pipelines.
The grout inlet of the grouting machine is connected to the outlet of the low-speed mixing barrel for grouting.
6. Drag frame system
The vehicle frame is welded by 12# channel steel, two 600 14 tires are installed below, the front part of the vehicle frame is equipped with a triangular traction bar, and the four corners of the vehicle frame are equipped with screw legs. When the trolley is working, the outriggers should be firmly supported and the whole machine should be kept level to prevent inaccurate measurement due to tilting of the equipment.
7. Central control system
The system is centrally installed in the electrical control box, and a manual switch and a microcomputer automatic control system are arranged on the panel of the control box. The system can automatically or manually complete the data calculation and operation of each structure of the trolley.

Features of grouting trolley
1. Fully automatic operation
When using, you only need to set the weight of powder and water, and the grouting trolley can automatically weigh and control the weight and mixing time of water and water. After the high-speed mixing is completed, open the slurry valve and put the cement slurry into the low-speed mixing tank for standby, then close the slurry valve of the high-speed mixing tank to feed the high-speed mixing tank again.
2. High speed stirring
The rated speed of the high-speed mixing tank of this grouting trolley can reach 14250 rpm, and the high-speed mixing can fully mix the powder and water;
3. Low speed mixing tank can prevent sedimentation
The grouting trolley is equipped with a large-capacity low-speed mixing tank, which can accommodate the cement slurry stirred by the high-speed mixing tank several times, and keeps stirring to prevent the slurry flow from settling, so as to ensure the uninterrupted work of the grouting equipment
4. Equipped with drag frame
The grouting trolley is assembled on the type frame, which can be easily towed by other vehicles;
5. Optional pumping and grouting
Screw grouting equipment can be added to the trolley to form a complete set of high-speed mixing grouting.

4. Installation and inspection：
1. Placement and movement of the trolley
The ground of the place where the machine is placed should be flat and tight. After the machine is in place, adjust the trolley to a horizontal state by adjusting the four corners of the screw legs and lock the adjustment system to ensure stable operation and accurate measurement of the equipment; when moving the equipment, it should be Raise and lock the screw legs in advance.
2. Connected to the water supply system
The rear of the frame is equipped with water tanks, water pumps, water level gauges, water discharge valves, water supply pipelines and other devices. Before use, the water inlet of the water tank should be connected to the water supply pipe network on the construction site.
3. Electrical wiring
It is recommended to use a four-core sheathed cable with a cross-sectional area of not less than 10 square millimeters as the main power supply line. It is required that the power supply voltage fluctuation does not exceed 10% of 380 volts. Pay attention to the phase relationship when wiring, and reverse rotation is prohibited. To ensure safety, users should install leakage protectors and take other safety protection measures.
4. Inspection and preparation before operation
Ensure that the wiring of each electrical component is correct and reliable;
Check whether the connecting bolts are firm, especially the connecting bolts of the transmission part;
Check whether the lubricating oil level of each transmission system is normal;
Check whether the manual knobs of the central control system are in the stop state.
